Strawberry snack in 2-easy steps


Strawberry snack in 3-easy steps:

Materials Needed:

  • knife
  • strawberry cream cheese or preferred choice
  • wheat thin crackers
  • plate
Step 1: place your wheat thins on the plate

Step 2: take your knife and add the cream cheese to the wheat thins

Step 3: Get a drink and enjoy!

Chicken Fajita Tacos


Chicken Fajita Tacos:

Materials Needed:

  • Guerrero Fresqui-Ricas ready to cook tortillas
  • cooking pan
  • stove
  • large microwave safe plate or bowl
  • 1/2-pound of frozen chicken fajita or your choice of chicken
Step 1: Turn the stove on about 5 or medium temperature.

Step 2: Place the pre-cooked tortilla on the pan and wait till the tortilla starts to bubble up.

Step 3: Flip over the tortilla and let it finish cooking until you see that it's a little brown or if you like, toasted.


Step 4: Place the tortilla on a plate

Step 5: Place your chicken in a microwave safe bowl or large plate, cover, and put in the microwave for 3 minutes

Step 6: Add the chicken to your tortilla.

Step 7: Cut a small tomato into bite size pieces to add to your taco.

Step 8: Add some shredded cheese and your done!

Enjoy your healthy fajita tacos!
 

Chicken Pasta & Veggies


Chicken Pasta & Veggies

Materials Need:

  • 1/2 pound frozen bag of chicken breast your choice
  • large plate or bowl
  • medium pot
  • water
  • milk
  • Rotini Pasta or pasta of your choice
  • Frozen Veggie Bag of your choice
  • microwave safe bowl
Step 1: Place frozen chicken in a microwave safe plate or large bowl & cover with a napkin. Place in microwave for 3 minutes.
 

Step 2: take your pot and add 1 1/2 cup of water & 1/2 cup milk, let it boil.

Step 3: once the milk and water are at a boil, add pasta content and cook for 10 minutes or until pasta is soft.

Step 4: while your pasta I cooking open the bag of veggies and place them in a microwave safe bowl, cover and put in the microwave for 5 minutes.


Step 5: Add the veggies to the cooked pasta and mix well.

Step 6: serve your pasta, veggies and chicken and enjoy your delicious and healthy meal.

Scrambled Eggs, Turkey, Cheese, & Toast


Scrambled Eggs, Turkey, Cheese, & Toast:

Materials Needed:

  • 2 eggs
  • Shredded Cheese
  • turkey slices
  • bread
  • 1 cooking pan
 
Step 1: Crack your two eggs and pour egg yolk into the cooking pan.

Step 2: Cut turkey slices into bite size pieces and toss them into the eggs and scramble them.

Step 3: Make sure you don't burn your eggs. If they don't look slimy anymore then they're cooked already, go ahead and place them onto your plate.

Step 4: Add cheese to your eggs and turkey and mix.

Step 5: Take your bread and put them in a toaster and wait till they're done toasting.

Step 6: Add a glass of apple, orange or any type of juice with your breakfast and enjoy.

Jelly & Chesse Snack


Kelly & Cheese Snack:

Materials Needed:

  • Ritz crackers
  • Jelly of your choice
  • String Cheese
  • Plate
Step 1: Place your ritz crackers on the plate.
 
Step 2: Grab your jelly and pour a drop or two on the crackers.
 
Step 3: Grab the string cheese and cut into small bite size pieces and place on top of the jelly crackers.

 
Step 4: You're done! Yes, done. It's fast, simple and a delicious snack for when your on the go or anytime.

2-minute PB & J


PB &J

Materials Needed:

  • Peanut butter of your choice
  • Jelly of your choice
  • Bread of your choice
  • plate
  • butter knife
Step 1: Place your bread on the plate then grab the peanut butter.

Step 2: Since I was in a hurry to go somewhere and only wanted half a pb & j, I only put peanut butter on half of the bread.
Step 3: Grab your jelly and do the same thing as you did with the peanut butter.

Step 4: If you are making half a pb & j then fold your bread in half and if you're making a full, place the other bread on top of the other after putting your jelly and peanut butter.

Step 5: Add a glass of milk and eat up your sandwich! :)

Tuna Sandwich with a twist


Tuna Sandwich with a twist:

Materials Needed:

  • 1 can tuna in water or preferred choice
  • Mayonnaise
  • lettuce
  • carrots
  • cheese of your choice
  • chopped or diced, pickles
  • bread
  • lemon juice

 
Step 1: place two pieces of bread on a plate.
Step 2: Grab your tuna can and either use a hand held, or electronic can opener.
 
Step 3: Pour about a spoonful or two into the open tuna can and mix well.

 
Step 4: Add about two squirts of lemon juice from a bottle or use half a real lemon.
 
Step 5: Place the tuna on your sandwich and add the cheese.

 
Step 6: Add some lettuce and carrots, and you're finished!
Step 7: enjoy a quick and delicious meal.

Burger and Fries


Burger & Fries:

Materials Needed:

  • 2 cooking pans
  • frozen crinkle fries
  • oil
  • frozen pre cooked hamburger meat
  • hamburger buns
  • cheese
  • tomato
  • avocado
  • any other dressing for your burger
Step 1: Take your crinkle cut fries and pour them into one pan and add a bit of oil to fry them.


Step 2: Get your frozen hamburger patties and place them in the second pan. Add some water to help defrost while in the pan.

 
Step 3: Wait until the patties show up brown on top then flip over to finish cooking the bottom

Step 4: As the fries and burgers are cooking take out a knife and cut your veggies up.

Step 5: Check on the burgers and fries, if they look ready go ahead and toast your hamburger buns in a toaster or on another pan.

Step 6: Place your burger meat on the buns and add your condiments. If you don't like something or preferred other types of veggies always feel free to substitute or add your ingredients.

Step 7: Serve and eat up!

Baked Fish

 
Baked Fish:

Materials Needed:
  • 1 glass cooking pan
  • 1 bag your choice of fish
  • butter & butter knife
  • 1 bag veggies
  • 1 bag diced onions, bell peppers, and celery, if you'd like
  • 1 bag of quinoa
  • foil paper
  • seafood seasoning of your choice
  • 1 pot to cook the veggies
 
 




Step 1: Pre heat your oven to 350 degrees
 
Step 2: Defrost the amount of fish you'd like to bake in warm water.
Step 3: Place foil paper on your cooking pan and once the fish are defrosted place them on the pan.
 
Step 4: add seasoning, then get the butter and cut 2-3 thin slices and place on fish. Add the bell peppers and onions as well.
 

 
Step 5: Then check to make sure the oven is preheated and place the fish inside covered with foil paper, for 20-30 minutes.
 
Step 6: While the fish is baking, its time to start your veggies and rice. 
Step 7: For your frozen veggies, pour about a cup full into a microwave safe bowl and cook for 5 minutes. Fill free to add pepper or seasoning to them as well.
Step 8: Fill your cooking pot about 1/4 maybe half filled depending on how large your pot is. I used a medium size pot and 1/4 cup of water.
Step 9: simply add the Quinoa rice to the water and boil it for 7-10 minutes. Make sure to stir in between so the rice doesn't burn or stick to the edges.
Step 10: Once the rice is done place it into another bowl and add your veggies too it.

Step 11: Take out the fish and serve the sides, the meal is ready! Simple, 10 easy steps and not hard at all.
